Schedule/Fees
CrossFit Intro Classes: Before athletes can begin training at CrossFit Hustle, participation in our Foundations course is required. In four small-group sessions, you’ll learn the fundamental CrossFit movements, gain understanding of the strength lifts, participate in WODs (Workout of the Day), and develop the skill needed to excel in our CrossFit Group Classes. If the Intro classes above do not work for your schedule, please let us know. We’ll make some adjustments.
CrossFit Group Class: This is the foundation of the CrossFit community. The family that WODs together stays together. From front squats to double unders, the group environment fosters friendly competition and personal accountability. A coach is always there to lead the group through the workout. Our class capacity is capped at 10.
Personal Training: Need some extra one-on-one time to perfect your squat clean? Not quite comfortable in a group environment? A coach is all yours. $45 per hour
Drop-in Rate: Wanna drop in for a WOD? The rate is $10 or a shirt from your hometown box. Show some shirt-love!
