This is NOT Personal Training – It is Personalized Training

Over the last two years, I’ve worked with athletes and military personnel from across the nation to improve in their sport through strength & conditioning.

Far from “here’s a blanket program, go at it,” I find all of your strengths, weaknesses, goals, past training and equipment/environments available to put together a personalized program that will set you above the rest. This is done digitally, using Google Docs, YouTube and other digital media.

I have worked with endurance athletes (training for marathons, IronMans, and half-IronMans), CrossFitters, fighters and Army Soldiers. Each had their own goal, unique to their sport. Each improved significantly.
