Now I “try” and lift heavy things, practice being upside down on hands or in rings, burpees, boxjumps, double-unders, ring-dips, squats, pull-ups, paleo/primal, food-processors, medijol dates, almond-butter, bacon, eggs, high-fives and smiles!
