Using the Crossfit Endurance methodology, we train long-distance, endurance athletes for upcoming races.

Whether you’re training for the Flying Pig, your first Iron Man or a half-marathon, we provide training that cuts down your time-on-the-road and increases your time of recovery. Click here to try a free session.

Here’s a sample workout:

2 Rounds, each movement for time:

- Row 1,000 meters as fast as possible

- Rest 1 minute

- Bike (Airdyne) 50 calories as fast as possible

- Rest 2 minutes

- Run 1 mile

- Rest 3 minutes
