Here’s a sample workout:
2 Rounds, each movement for time:
- Row 1,000 meters as fast as possible
- Rest 1 minute
- Bike (Airdyne) 50 calories as fast as possible
- Rest 2 minutes
- Run 1 mile
- Rest 3 minutes
