We use CrossFit as our primary strength and conditioning program. It has been effective at creating the fittest people in the world, ready for any event. Visit our Workout of the Day here.
Our programming, however, is a bit different from the typical CrossFit workouts you may have seen on CrossFit.com or at other affiliates in the Northern Kentucky area.
• Our first priority is technique and safety. Our coaches ensure that no matter the experience of the member, proper body position and movement is understood before adding weight.
• A solid foundation is built on strength. At CrossFit Hustle, we pride ourselves on the ability to make people stronger — Real World Stronger. A 16-minute 5K run time is very impressive, but we’re improving people’s ability to move heavy things properly and with ease. We do this through functional lifts and a focus on getting the body stronger.
• Short and intense workouts GET RESULTS. We vary our programming, but it is far from random. We look at the long-term, focusing on your ability to do more work faster. Intensity is where the magic happens and our job is to program to make that magic happen.
• Small class sizes get you the attention you deserve. We have a 10-person per class cut-off. You deserve the proper coaching and attention you pay for. Nobody should have to compete for coaching when it comes to movements.
• We’re here 24/7. Whether you need help deciding what to eat at a restaurant or you need on-the-road workouts, we are here for our athletes at any time.
• Go-fast-and-puke is not how we operate. Our workouts are very intense, but they should not be intimidating. From the pro athlete to the out-of-shape parent, we are an all-inclusive training facility for those dedicated to their fitness and health.
